Project overview:

Safety and Health Assessment System in Construction, or SHASSIC, is an independent method for assessing and evaluating the safety and health performance of contractors in construction works/projects. CIDB wants a SHASSIC Mobile App to allow assessors to access the system that synchronizes with the SHASSIC Assessment System, enabling them to perform assessments on site.

My role overview:

As a React Native developer focused on R&D and UI development for our project, my role involved:

• Researching React Native to ensure we leveraged the framework's full potential, focusing on performance and cross-platform compatibility.
• Developing the UI by translating design concepts into functional and visually appealing components, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Optimizing performance to ensure smooth, responsive interactions across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborating with the team to integrate the UI with backend functionalities and align with project goals.
